1. How long does it take to deliver my Coast case?
  • Metro Manila orders: 1-3 days
  • Covered GMA area orders: 1-3 days
  • Provincial orders: 3-5 days
  • International orders: 5-7 days
2. What are the areas covered in GMA?
  • Covered Rizal Province: Antipolo, Angono, Binangonan, Baras, Cainta, Morong, Rodriguez, Tanay, Teresa, Taytay and San Mateo.
  • Covered Bulacan Province: Bocaue, Meycauyan, Marilao, Sta. Maria, San Jose Del Monte, Sapang Palay and Plaridel.
  • Covered Cavite Province: Bacoor, Binakayan, Cavite City, Dasmariñas, Imus, Kawit, Noveleta and Rosario
3. Can I exchange my Coast case?
If your order arrives and you want to exchange it, we’re happy to exchange it within 7 days of purchase as long as you send it back to us in original condition. The delivery charges would be covered by you.  Please contact us for more information.
4. Can I return my Coast case?
We hope you will love your new case as much as we do! Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
5. What is my Coast case made of?
Your Coast case is made out of bamboo or wheat materials, with biodegradable polymers PBAT and PLA that makes the cases durable, and flexible. This makes every Coast case unique with the noticeable small flecks in the design.
6. What is Biodegradable?
  • Biodegradable means that the materials can be broken down naturally into smaller pieces with exposure to microorganisms, heat and oxygen. This results in minimal impact on our planet.
  • Most phone cases are made out of plastics, which are not biodegradable, leaving a dangerous impact for the environment.
  • We at Coast aim to provide a stylish but biodegradable phone case in order to eliminate plastic phone cases. This minor change of switching to a biodegradable phone case can contribute to a reduction in your overall plastic consumption.
7. What packaging do you use?
Our packaging is made out of Sisal, which is a 100% environmentally friendly, biodegradable and natural fiber. Our sisal pouches are very stylish and durable, and it requires very little maintenance.
